Our filament tester is used to check the consistency of extruded filament. Simple place a spool of filament on side then feed through the drive system to the empty spool on the opposite side. As the filament comes off the spool is passes through a laser system that measures the diameter and records to our custom software. You will visually be able to see the diameter of every section of filament and know with confidence if the filament is good for printing with.
